Talk about a vegan breakfast feast 😍 Tofu scrambles are the perfect way to use

up veggies that didn’t get eaten the week before. Cook up a batch and it’s the perfect meal prep for a busy week. Add in Fresh Jax Tofu Scramble Spice Mix and you’re golden 🙌🏻 this added great flavor and color to my tofu, and I’ll definitely be using it again. And if you’re looking for the egg taste, this did a good job. If you’re cooking your tofu and veggies all together, you might consider adding more spice than it recommends on the package. I seasoned my vegetables separately and still got great flavor.

This stuff is awesome! You can certainly season your tofu without this, but this mix

just makes it super easy to make eggs. Literally smash your tofu up in a pan, sprinkle this in, bam good to go.
