This tasted decent considering that it’s gluten-free. I usually dislike the texture and taste of
gluten-free cookies but this tasted a little closer to regular cookies than other gluten-free biscuits/cookies that I’ve tried.

Honestly - I quite like the dry floury crunchiness of gluten free biscuits. These are
cute dome shaped cookies. Major downside? Plastic packaged by serving. #cookies #glutenfree
