I've not seen this one for a while and kind of missed it. I really like the sweetness combined with the cheese and it's nice on bread or crumbled in salads.

Well this is different! I can't say I'm a big fan to be honest, I personally won't buy again. The texture just wasn't for me but there is a lot of flavour in there. This may be a cheese that's more suited for Christmas time.
This cheese still has that strong coconuty flavour but I like it.
