Wasn't too sure how these would turn out for Xmas but was very pleasantly surprised! We put the mixture in muffin baking trays so obviously they didn't have the usual hollowed out shape of a normal yorkshire pud, so as they were all over thicker I did leave them in the oven longer than suggested (which I'm glad I did as they may have been a bit too doughy inside otherwise). The taste was amazing, they weren't as crispy as normal dairy yorkshire puds but I'm sure you could leave them in the oven for longer if you wanted an extra bit of crisp. My partner also highly enjoyed them (also vegan), would 100% get these again next time!
