Vegan lemon mousse found in the chilled section of Waitrose. I picked these up as
they were reduced and although they were nice I don’t think I’d pay full price for them. They had a nice lemon flavour.

This has such a great kick of lemon! Decent consistency of a good mousse and
a lovely alternative dessert.
