Mushroom Cacao Mix

I tried the version that comes in a jar & it was a bit clumpy/didn’t completely mix well with liquid (I tried water & soy milk). Did you experience this issue with the packets? 

@tamiapple yes I experienced that too, but I learned that it dissolves way better when you pour the hot water into the powder (breaking up any clumps first) instead of trying to add the powder to the top of your water. Idk maybe it’s the act of pouring it but it worked way better for me that way! Hope that makes sense lol

Yummmmm sooooo chocolatey! This is basically hot chocolate mix but gives you energy. I added a little coconut creamer and it is GOOD! It would be better using soy or oat milk instead of water. It also has a very subtle ginger flavor that balances out the sweetness.

Think of this as a healthier alternative to hot cocoa rather than as a vegan equivalent. It’s not sweet, but is surprisingly creamy and only 25 cal per packet. I drink it mostly as a natural sleep-aid.

If you want it like a real hot chocolate, add a scoop extra of cacao it’s cocoa, this is more like a hot chocolate tea but otherwise it’s great, medicinal ingredients so who can complain.

I sweetened mine with some monk fruit and added more chocolate too. Yumm

Had high hopes for this Cacao Mix from Four Sigmatic. Was hoping for a yummy cozy drink that I could have in the evenings, but it's a little too bitter for me personally. I mixed it with water like the instructions recommended, but it might taste better mixed with warm almond or oat milk.
