Great tasting Vegan udon style white noodles! Good sale priced here in California atm. Went extra good with added raw vegetables.

It's strictly OK by itself. The noodles are quite good and if you pair your ramen with some veggies and some more soy sauce and/or sriracha to spice up the broth, it can make for a good meal! However, we got this from WinCo in Visalia, and made them as is. It made for a decent and quick lunch.
Great quick meal. I added shiitakes, green onions and sriracha. The broth is mild and delicious.
When you need something hearty or light, this is a tasty choice. Good flavor. I pair it with tofu, spinach, green onion, and spice it up with sriracha. Sometimes without tofu.
A quick and easy microwave meal, but this had barely any flavor. I ended up adding some soy sauce & sesame oil. The noodles were good and very filling though. #soul #udon #lunch #veganlunch
