It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t the most tasty. A bit of a disappointment
for it to cost $8. Very bland. Will require additional seasoning.

I’ve been wanting to try this Potato Chickpea & Lentil Curry by Forks Over Knives
for quite sometime and my local Woodman’s has finally started carrying it!
I love the flavors and textures in this one! I do feel like it needs more spice, chile and maybe a squeeze of lime but that just could be me and my taste buds lol. Usually when eating lower sodium rich foods, adding lime usually does the trick for the taste buds!!
I will definitely get this one again!
I truly appreciate having healthier microwave meals like this for those days when I need something quick!
