Whipped Cream Alternative

Not my favorite as a stand alone whipped cream… but it makes awesome icing for

cakes and cupcakes… added a nice taste and texture to the icing…

Whipped cream alternative. Delicious and super light. And organic!

Such a cute pink packaging. I thought this must be delicious at first. I was

disappointed by the taste. It just isn’t great. My little ones usually love whipping cream - we buy vegan coconut one, so I thought they would love this one too, but it NO, they didn’t like it. Not even on strawberries and mixed with sugar….

I really wanted to love this, as I love many of forager's products. However something

about this just isn't doing it for me. I can't place it. the taste is okay, similar to vegan cool whip alternatives. The texture is similar to their sour cream and I think that's what I don't like. Maybe this would be good frozen?? I'll have to try that. This might be good in a recipe like in tiramisu or a trifle??

Failed attempt at a vegan cool-whip? Not sure what this was meant to be but

it certainly isn't whipped cream, much too flat for that.
Even worse it has that coconut cream textutre that stays in the throat way too long...
