I bought this tofu 4 pack from Costco for $7.99 which makes each package about $2 - a very good price. I feel like this one is more firm , or contains less liquid than the other extra firm tofus I have tried. Not much liquid comes out when you squeeze. I've been on a tofu bacon bender lately and this tofu can be peeled easily with a wide vegetable peeler into nice thin strips. I pan fryed it this time as I was on a time crunch but my preference is to bake it! Pictured in my TLT 😉

Un bon produit de Fontaine Santé. Assez ferme pour être râpé sans se déchiqueter en grumeaux. Une bonne source de protéines et un bon passe-partout pour un repas vite fait 👍🏿 et savoureux 😋! Bon vendredi amis abillion!
