🇺🇸 trip... not really all that great. It tastes like coconut oil. I used it

in pastas and potato bakes.

We FINALLY got some dairy-free Mozzarella shreds in and I'm pretty happy with these. I've

never had plant-based, vegan friendly mozzarella so I can't compare to anything else and it's been so long since I had the alternative so I can't remember what it tasted like but these melt really well and the flavor is mild but pleasant. It melted really well on a burger and made for some really nice nachos ✊👌👏 I picked up two bags in case I was satisfied. I'm glad I wasn't disappointed 😉👍
