Dairy Free Cream Cheese

This vegan cream cheese is very good! I like that it actually has some cheesy flavor and it’s not sweet as other vegan cream cheese out there. I think it has nutritional yeast in the ingredients. The texture is a bit crumbly but overall is a great dairy free option. Good cream cheese! Great on celery or sandwiches. Spreads well.

I don’t think there is a Follow Your Heart product that I don’t like. This is my personal favorite vegan cream cheese. Of course, cream cheese is not nutritionally very good for us. Saturated Fat 30%!!! Check out the ingredients label or don’t if you just want to enjoy it. LOL Okay, I’ll limit it to once/week on my gf/ vegan bagel.

I do genuinely like it, but it’s not a great product. It’s very hard and crumbly and doesn’t spread well at all. Second photo is what it looks like mashed with a fork! #veganisnotscary
