I used this plant based mincemeat to do a ragù. I like to eat it with polenta, with pasta, with rice or even as a spread. I have been using lentils or granulated soya, this was the first time I tryed an alternative for mincemeat. I am really happy with the result! 🤩 Even if at the start the consistence seemed a little to “compact”,as soon as I broke it into pieces it became softer. Of course it melts in a different way and is much less greasy (I would say not at all,even!) than animal products, but the final result after cooking it for 40minutes is AMAZING!
