Love that the bottle was clearly labeled and with a tag highlighting that it is vegan. No need to squint over the tiny font ingredient list on the back of the bottle. My husband loves this stuff and puts it on EVERYTHING. I personally like the flavour of homemade spicy mayo better (mayo + chilli oil/crunch) but this does the trick when I don't have chilli oil/crunch available.
I never saw this product before!!! My friend had it today and she was excited to show me that it was #vegan. I was super surprised! I never expected this product to be vegan! Everyone always raves about Sriracha mayo, but I never had it before. I am a new #mayo fan in general lol I never liked it when it wasn't vegan. She said it was around $3 or $4. We used it as a dip for our rice paper #wraps that we fried. It was a perfect addition.
As maleable and impressionable as this might sound, I cannot deny that I was strongly swayed by the ‘I’m so vegan’ label on this product. I find the clear and unequivocal declaration that this is a vegan product refreshing — no, more than refreshing… Comforting! After way too many cumulative minutes spent squinting at 6pt type in supermarket aisles trying to sleuth whether products are vegan or not, I give thanks for this bold and unabashed declaration. It makes me happy! So yeah, I bought the shriracha mayo and it is good. Ideal for adding some added spice and flavour to to a whole range of dishes, like this fairly arbitrary Tuesday night bowl of black beans and rice, topped with pan-seared broccoli. A nice dipping sauce. A good kick of spice, just enough to be interesting but not overpowering. Good value as I got two big bottle from Costco. Quite versatile too.
