I love the concept of this brand-taking surplus produce and turning them into to vegan
ready made foods. The production is quite local as well, so I’m not only reducing food waste, I am also supporting local farmers and entrepreneurs.I had seen the products a few times in the store and decided to buy the lentil goulash. The product was well seasoned. The jar contained either two small or one very large portion. Would happily buy again and keep in stocked for busy days when I don’t have time to cook.
