Flora really have excelled them selves branching out to more plant based dairy free products. We need to applaud them for there initiative. I actually find it difficult to get these blocks in my local supermarket. So when they finally arrive I get a few while I can. Good stuff I love it for frying mushrooms better than hot oil. It melts beautifully. Questo burro vegetale è fantastico! Secondo solo al naturli che non riesco più a trovare nemmeno in Svizzera 😞. Molto sodo mantiene abbastanza la consistenza anche a temperatura ambiente. Ha un sapore abbastanza neutro. L'ho usato per realizzare una crostata e dei biscotti integrali, sono venuti benissimo, molto friabili e con la giusta untuosità. Gli ingredienti non sono male: oli di girasole, cocco e colza e proteine delle fave. È molto giallo. La confezione è totalmente in carta smaltibile con la raccolta differenziata o nell'unido. Non amo e non uso il burro, ma avevo deciso di fare dei biscotti tipici di questo periodo in Grecia, quindi ho trovato una valida plant butter version
I’m not so sure why I bought this, I cook besciamella very often with olive oil and wanted to try how it was with this, I think. But there’s not much difference. I also used it for cookies, salty pies dough etc. it’s probably the best use for it, or to butter risotto. But I really don’t think it’s worth it (like any other type of margarine)
