Cottura rapida, ottima la consistenza, il sapore...non mi è piaciuto particolarmente.
Non mi ero mai soffermata con attenzione al reparto surgelati, prendendo sempre solo spinaci o piselli in busta. Invece ho scoperto cose molto interessanti, come queste polpette. Mi sono piaciute molto, hanno un gusto deciso e speziato e una consistenza tali che ricordano un po' quelle tipo svedesi di ikea. La confezione è piccina e costano abbastanza, però le aggiungo sicuramente ai prodotti da tenere in freezer come salva cena quando il tempo di cucinare scarseggia. Queste polpettine vegetali della Findus sono buone anche se per il mio gusto un po' troppo speziate.
Ottime! Nel cuocerle si è riempita la casa di un profumino da acquolina. In padella non si sono sfaldate, anzi si sono rosolate per bene. Le ricomprerò sicuramente.
