Again I was super nicely surprised by this dish. It is suppose to be vegetable
steak, but it has a taste of its own and it is supper good.

They were better than i expected,even though i hate carrots i really liked them!

I baked and put it in a roll sandwich with veggies and mustard. It’s ok
for fast breakfast.
