This feta’s pretty good. It’s cut up in super small cubes and goes well on top of salad. The only thing I find about feta cheeses is that they taste more so like what I remember goats cheese tasting like rather than feta.

i have absolutely enjoyed!!! using these feta cubes in different dishes! it has been fun enhancing salads and adding it to other stuff i cant really remember but it being really delicious. the little feta cubes in brine have a salty and starchy taste. they have a good texture. i have never tried feta cheese before so i’m not sure if these are an accurate recreation. i made a simple diced tomato, cucumber, avocado, chickpea, salt, and pepper salad with these feta cubes and it was so good!!

This feta was really tasty and had a good texture.
I very much enjoyed this feta. I haven't had real feta often so I don't know how to compare this to dairy based feta, but for me this tastes really nice and goes nice in a variety of salads.
