I have discovered a whole brand new world when I first purchased a fermented cashew
cheese. Now I am constantly wanting to try new brands hoping to find the perfect one.
This cheese is pretty good, it has herbs and tiny pieces of flowers on the top that give it a very nice taste.
The brand is 100% Bio and uses only the finest ingredients to make their products. Few ingredients but full of taste.
I opened this one as part of appetizers for Christmas Lunch...I really adored it.
Recommended if you want to try a vegan cheese with a consistent taste of herbs - chives above all!

L’ho dato a un mio amico che invece l’ha apprezzato molto quindi credo sia soggettivo per il gusto. Non so quanto vale la pena, costa anche un po’… bella l’idea dei fiori.

L' assenza di #conservanti e
#addensanti o, comunque, di #additivi, ne fa un prodotto di qualità. Per quel che riguarda il sapore, non si può ritrovare il gusto del #formaggio in questi preparati, io spesso ho questa pretesa! Posso però affermare la scoperta di sapori particolari, in questo caso un che di acidulo che mi piace molto, una cosistenza morbida ma corposa, quindi esperienza da ripetere!
