Affettato vegano dal gusto molto blando. Da solo non rende granché secondo me, ma all’interno di piadine e panini fa il suo lavoro! Rimane molto morbido e alla fine, nonostante non sia una gran fan e consumatrice di questi prodotti, ogni tanto lo riprenderei!

Facilmente reperibile anche al supermercato, ottima consistenza ma sapore un po' blando.
Trovato all'esselunga, gusto insomma. Mangiato da solo non riuscirei a finire la confezione ma dentro focaccine, panini ecc diventa più che accettabile. Ho preferito quello affumicato della stessa linea.
Ottima alternativa agli affettati,buono con un pò di olio e limone,per farcire panini o far ripieni per torte salate.
