I’m a big fan of sauerkraut, and this fermented cabbage drink tastes like drinking sauerkraut
brine. I mean that in the best way possible! It is actually pretty mild (brine sounds much more harsh than this tastes), but if you don’t like fermented cabbage, this drink is probably not for you. They recommend you take a shot daily, but I find the flavor pretty addictive, so I definitely drink it faster than that. This is a refreshing change of pace from most of the sweeter probiotic drinks (no sweetness AT ALL here!)
