This was my first time trying a cheese curd alternative and it was really good.
I made a poutine using these curds and leftover gravy from a Sol roast that I bought (see previous review). Hot gravy wasn’t enough to melt the cheese so I had to microwave it for a little bit. I’m keeping my eyes open for a good plant-based gravy so I can continue making my own poutines. Any recommendations would be appreciated 😊
