This stuff is honestly great. It has a great real cheddar flavour and can be

added to anything. It’s great for people like me that want a cheese alternative but are allergic to nuts. The only down side is that it needs pretty high temperatures to melt. I’ve included a picture of it on a potato, you can see some of the smaller pieces have melted but the bigger ones have not. Still totally delicious!
