Ingredients: Water Wheat Flour Carrot & Coriander Falafel (20%) [Chickpea, Carrot, Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Dried Potato, Wheat Flour, Coriander, Cumin, Salt, Parsley, Coriander Powder, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Polyphosphate), Water, Cumin Seed, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Yeast] Carrot Chickpea Spinach Sugar Palm Oil 😮💨 Mango Malted Barley Apricot Rapeseed Oil Sunflower Oil Humectant (Glycerol) Tomato Powder Dried Onion Salt Raising Agents (Sodium Carbonate, Disodium diphosphate) Ginger Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Malic Acid) Cornflour Garlic Powder Bellpepper Powder Paprika Coriander Basil Coriander Powder Ginger Powder Wheat Starch Yeast Wheat Flour: Wheat Flour Calcium Carbonate Iron Niacin Thiamin What I liked: When it tasted it; there is a fresh aftertaste of mango chutney and the falafel. It has a creamy texture with softness, so it felt much easier to digest. What I do not like: Why is it made with Palm oil? I found that heartbreaking and tesco can do wayy better in picking another ingredient that doesnt affect the rain forest. You're also wondering why I've written out the list, rather than simply take the picture of the back? Well, if i did, i wouldn't read all of it and overskip the amount of raising agents and additives it has. My final verdict: Just make your own wrap and perhaps with the suggested Mango chutney I have reviewed. That way, you're avoiding having to pay for an overpriced and unethical vegan sandwich on the go. I will give this one a miss next time.
