Falafel

Delicious organic Falafel from Edeka Bio. They are well seasoned and quick to make. Can definitely recommend them.

I added the falafels to my salad for lunch. I'd say they're an "okay product“ if you want to save some time and don't want to make falafels on your own. I prefer to make them by myself though, because these are a little dry.

they're almost good as the handmade falafel. I've cooked them in a pan with some oil and they were delicious, a bit crunchy outside and soft inside. no need to add salt, they already taste so good.
