Overall I was very impressed by this product. The pumpkin bread I made was very
tasty and the pumpkin flavor stood out and went very well with vegan chocolate chips! The bread takes a little bit more time to bake than traditional bread with gluten but it was worth the wait!
Also, pumpkin puree is a great substitute for the “egg” ingredient for the pumpkin bread. The bread ends up being nice and moist!
