Might or might not have gotten the right type of tofu for mapo tofu. Extra smooth version means this was extra crumbly and almost mush in the pan. 🫠

I didn't know that you could pan fry these. I don't have confidence to, my dad did it. We used it in a mixed veggie dish for a #vegancny reunion dinner. I don't usually try round tofu; it has a nice shape but was hard to get out of the pack. #abillionlove 🤍
