Standard soft tofu you can get at the supermarket. Cheap and healthy; packed with protein. This is good for an easy-to-eat #comfortfood in soup with noodles or steamed with some flavouring. I just wish there was an option to get tofu with less/no plastic packaging. I usually eat each packet over two meals. I used to eat one a meal which is a lot.

I love tofu very much. In almost all forms. Including smelly tofu after i've gone past the smell. They are so versatile but we usually use them in soups, stir fries, or fried on its own. These silken tofu are usually added to soups.
