I made marinated Tofu steaks. Aldi brand is great for these, as it's very firm. Also made mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy and frozen tri-colored Cauliflower. #veganisnotscary #tofulover

This is my favorite tofu, delicious flavor and amazing price! I made a chocolate tart using it and no one could tell it was made out of tofu!
