Red Lentil Penne

I'm trying to eat more organic and gluten-free and I noticed another gf pasta I

was getting had gums in it. Tried this once 'cause I liked the ingredients more and it ended up being an even better texture! Love the texture of this one. New fav pasta? Maybe!

Delicious! I kept it simple with a creamy vegan base, sauteed veggies, baked with nooch

and panko topping.

Not the best lentil pasta I’ve had, they are a bit chewy but good for

bulking up veg soups. A bit on the expensive side for how much you get.

Got this from Sprouts Farmers Market. Great taste 👌🏼🍝
