Good option to keep on hand when you won't have time to eat a real meal or you're going somewhere lacking in vegan options. Tastes good, it's low in calories, and high in protein. I had it at room temperature and I think it would probably be a little better when chilled.
I like these a lot. Not my absolute favorite protein shake, but they're good. Lots of protein in a tiny package.
