This cheese is indeed epic; on my top 5 vegan cheeses for sure. It's firm and the one which MELTS best among the vegan cheeses I've tried. It tastes similar to cheddar; it also reminds me of emmental cheese somehow. If that wasn't enough, it's freezer friendly. Great taste, consistency and melting; I'd recommend any day. I'm buying it again, even more if it's sold for this price. Primaprix, 2,45€ (250 g)
Me ha encantado este queso la verdad!! Un sabor muy muy logrado y la textura también es buena. Buenísimo para comer así tal cual, en taquitos. Al venir en bloque da mucho juego. Muy recomendable ☺️ #santuariovacaloura

I love only some vegan cheese, most of these cheese sorts are starchy and this one is no exception. However, if grated very thinly, it is delicious and flavourful, but I dont like slices. 😍🤤💚🌱
