Soft Baked Mini Cookies

These cookies will be the death of me they’re so good!!
I could eat all of

them in one sitting if I let myself!

I love those little cookies. These are my favorite flavor. 120 calories a package.

I love how allergy&vegan friendly Enjoy Life products are!! Their soft baked mini cookies are

a fun buy, they kind of remind me of the old Cookie Crisp cereal (minus the crispiness 😅).

The taste isn't anything special, and I actually much prefer their regular sized cookies in flavor and texture.

However, these are great as a vegan ice cream or smoothie bowl topper! I personally ended up making mini coconut cream dessert sandwiches with them ☺️

I wouldn't buy them again just to eat them alone, but I would buy them for a fun dessert accessory 🍪

Grabbed these for the kids, not too bad. Again something home made is better, but

a good quick grab for a sweet treat that is vegan!
And of course they have a different texture due to the different flour they use.

A friend of mine gave me these to try, and while they tasted okay I

wasn’t really crazy about the texture. Not sure if buy them for myself, there are other options I’ve liked better.
