Cupboard staple. Use in recipes and sprinkle on top of dishes like vegan bolognaise instead of cruel Parmesan. Tasty and source of B12. Paid £3.50 for it so not cheap, but it lasts me a long time. Keeps well in a dry cupboard. People say it tastes cheesy, but I don’t get that; has a unique taste.

Another good vegan option of protein with flavor and taste. They announce a cheesy flavor but it’s not exactly the same . 47% of protein, 18% of carbs and low sugar (1%) . In 125g cans (paper) what makes it expensive. But a good option to have at hand to add to creams, sauces and pasta. Recommended.
