I keep forgetting I have this because I am just so used to using flax or chia. But it works ok for those things that need to be smooth.

I have used this in baked goods and veggie burgers with success. I prefer this over flax eggs and other alternatives and it's a pretty good value because a box can make many "eggs".
This is the classic egg replacer. It’s perfect for baking and doesn’t require a lot of fuss. The value is incredible!

#veganuary As I have been vegetarian from beginning I always used this product . It worked well in my baking . I loved it . Now it’s hard to find in stores And become expensive too .
