The schnitzel has a crispy breading. But the inside is more reminiscent of a pea protein pattie. Other manufacturers have a better consistency.

Super super lecker, gute Alternative zum Rügenwälder Mühle veggi Schnitzel. Sehr knusprig! Und die Verpackung ist trennbar, nicht ganz aus Plastik. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

the taste of these veggie schnitzels are amazing. they are so crunchy on the outside because of the cornflakes and the texture of the inside is like-meat. the package is half plastic and half paper (i really like it).
