Cream cheese made of fermented cashew nuts

Excellent product made by Wroclaw-based company Endorfiny. Paula Kowalczyk makes great interpretations of cheese-like products and this one is no exception. Very tasty, excellent texture and color. I highly recommend it. Smacznego!
