Empanada discos from #Goya. Pretty good to make your own homemade empanadas. They work on the air fryer too! Recommended.

these are wonderful and always come out great since they’re fried in oil 😂 i have put impossible meat in them, vegetables, and a vegan chicken substitute. they seem to blow me away every time and i feel like a chef once i make these bad boys 💕
I have tried a bunch of different doughs, and these by Goya are by far the best. They fry evenly and have a neutral flavor that accommodates whatever filling you’d like.
This product was pretty good for the price, you can find it in the frozen section. Let it defrost for 30 min and then you can add the filling. I cook it in the air fryer and came out really good
