Strict Vegetarian Meal (Vegan) - Lunch

Appetiser
Cous cous salad with mushrooms, peaches and raisins. This was quite pleasant. Would’ve been nice

with a bit of a crunch from nuts.

Main meal
Vegan white bean stew with barley. I was shocked at how tasty this was. The stew was very flavourful.

Dessert
I think this was rice pudding with some sort of fruit and pistachios. It was very sweet so I couldn’t finish it all.

Overall I was very impressed with the quality and variety of food.

This was meh. I loved the chilled bean salad, chia seed pudding and vegan cheese

but the main rice dish was confusing. Is it a sweet and sour rice? Why is it so sweet??? O_O
