Azoomi dried Nori is raw vegan this does not say anything about veganism on the packaging so it's not my first choice but does tastes good it's organic it's toasted sushi Nori and it only has one ingredient organic nori seaweed so this for me is vegan!

They are durable and very easy to roll up... i will buy these again for sure! My first time rolling my own sushi rolls. The hard part was getting the rice around the seaweed after rolling the seaweed. I dont have any rolling apparatus or anything. I just used a piece of parchment paper.
Used it as sushi wrap filling in with raw vegetables. I am addicted it’s so good!
