I love how the price their plant based cheeses similarly to their dairy cheeses. It's not a huge price hike like other companies tend to do as soon as something is vegan. Thank you Emborg! #greytonfarmanimalsanctuary

It melted well, tasted okay but I wish it had a bit of salt 👀 Weird I know but I find that I feel this way about most of the vegan cheeses. I always add salt & pepper to the tomatoes but I'll need to use more the next time I make one of these.
First time trying the cheddar style slices and was well impressed. They work perfectly for toasted sandwiches 👌💚
I was never really a #cheeselover but I sure started missing it upon going #plantbased 🥲 It was certainly exciting to have over my amateur attempts at mozzarella at home 😅 In all the excitement, I tried this #vegancheese with almost every carb. First bread, then noodles and finally, rice. Taste-wise… I was very satisfied 😉 #cheddar has always felt like the most pungent #cheese 🤔 It’s saltiness is sharp in flavour, like it cuts through… hard. Though, the taste felt slightly milder than the “real” thing. The only bummer would be how it’s not the greatest #cheesethatmelts 😕 Certainly, not in comparison to the “real” cheese. The texture was very glossy and almost rubbery looking. Notice how it pretty much didn’t melt at all in my meatball sub. On my army stew noodles, I tried SO HARD to melt it from the heat of the soup but it just didn’t take. Only when I threw it in the oven for my cheese baked rice did it finally succumb 😮💨 even then, not by very much. This was a gift 🥰 but from the power of the internet it seems this pack of 8-10 slices..? You get RM23 🤓 I’m actually willing to look past the unimpressive meltability for the sake of flavour 🤨
I saw this in Pick n Pay, and I thought to give it a try. Melts perfectly and as much as I remember, this is how dairy cheese tastes. I don’t miss that taste but for people who are looking for that, this would be a great alternative.
