This is the second time I’ve used this vegan cream and I’m so impressed! Today I’m making vegan dauphinoise potatoes and last time I whipped the cream for a chocolate gateaux - the results are brilliant and I highly recommend this product for sweet and savoury dishes. It's a great alternative! I find it especially useful to make a creamy pasta or heavy curry, and it's great with strawberries too.
Made my favourite dish but vegan! With the help of Elmleas vegan double cream. Really enjoyed the taste. It was different than the dairy version but in a good way. Will buy again 🫶🏼
