A very good source of omega 3s. I usually drizzle it on salads or other foods. It has a pretty strong taste tho but only a tablespoon a day is enough.

Get those omegas in. I personally like the pure taste of flax seeds.. so it is hard not to over use this one. 💁
This cold pressed flaxseed oil is in a handy container, good for getting omega 3s instead of the seeds sometimes. Best added to stuff right before consuming them 👍
