Growing up I obsessively ate those green gummy "apple Os" from Bulk Barn. Honestly, they're
likely the only thing I could say I truly miss since going vegan. I tried searching for a vegan version recently, since we have so many vegan candy options now - even the cola bottles I also used to love. Well, I finally found these on the American Amazon, but they were only available by the case ðŸ¤ðŸ˜… I was ordering my favourite nooch and getting it delivered by a friend, so I took a risk and got these too... after scouring the ingredient list to confirm they're vegan (I didn't notice until opening them that the bag clearly says "vegan" 🙄) Useful tip - if you include "vegan" with your Amazon item search, it still includes non-vegan items, so double check each product listing!!
They're definitely not the same as my old obsession, but they're a sweet/sour apple gummy and they'll do. There are 3 flavours in the bag - honey crisp, golden delicious, and granny smith. If the golden delicious and granny smith combined, it would be so close to the apple rings I ate before! Luckily I don't regret now having a box of these candies. They're good until mid-2025, so I have lots of time! Honestly, I'll likely get more in the future too! 🌱🎉🌱
