fruit & nut bar simply vegan peanuts, coconut and chocolate

I got this because there are some situations where I need something small to eat

to keep me going and can't have a main meal just yet. This bar is yummy and not too sweet or sugary and it does what I need it to.

I had to do a 2 hour drive today and knew I’d be wanting a

snack on the way. This fruit and nut bar was perfect. The tastes are simple not dressed up with any artificial flavourings or additives. The nuts are bound together with coconut blossom nectar rather than honey, not too sweet and a thin band of chocolate gives that bit of richness.
