Butter Organic Coconut

I usually go for the original earth balance but this coconut one wasn’t too bad on occasion. Is it strange that I love using the container over and over again once I’m finished with it? Like I actually look forward to the reusing part. It reminds me of my childhood when my mom reused another brand’s containers. It’s funny when you see 5 or more butter dishes in the drug and get to play ‘guess what’s in the container’. Lol

Great on toast or English muffins, great for cooking. Even my little kids are happy with this.

Loved it, a little hard to spread though. I used it on toast, which was yummy, and I also used it to make a dark chocolate ganache and it worked very well!

Para no extrañar mis panecitos con mantequilla y mermelada. Es deliciosa, no muy salada, y aunque tiene un ligero sabor a coco, no es tan intenso como para evitar que disfrute mis panecitos.
