These carrot puffs taste great, they’re well seasoned and crisp up nicely. The carrot flavor is mild but I guess that’s expected since you usually need a ton of carrot to get a strong flavor. I think they also taste a bit like potato or parsnip. Either way they’re convenient, tasty and easy for a quick meal. Though healthier than Tater Tots, they were semi mushy, not crisp like Tater Tots. And too much carrot flavor for me, but what did I expect! About 1/3 less salt than Tater Tots which may have decreased the flavor too. If I'm going to eat fried appetizers, I want them to be yummy so I won't buy these again.
