Taste like the old one. Was it always so sweet though? Would recommend with vegan vanilla ice cream or sauce. Fits in a trifle !

Kirschgrütze 🍒 Delish... 😊😋, fruity, lots of cherries in, and not too sweet. I added this cherry groats to chocolate pudding ("love it" chocolate pudding, also by "Dr. Oetker"). Simply made of 50% sour cherries, water, sugar, corn starch, as thickener was used xanthan, and locust bean flour. When I moved back to Germany i was so happy to find the vegan label on this childhood classic. I usually eat it with the alpro vanilla pudding. Yummmm!
