the boiling water method and left them cooking a bit longer than instructed.
At first it wasn’t salty enough for me but then I realized all the flavoring was at the bottom of the cup because I didn’t stir it well. A bit pricy ($2.20-ish) at Sprouts. I might repurchase but I prefer the Trader Joe’s ramen.
need to salt it more. this is why it's good to have potassium chloride around which adds saltiness without cranking up sodium levels.

a ramen. It was okay, but the noodles were the best part. I didn’t care for sipping the broth afterward. May be someone else’s cup of tea though.
(Edit: It was someone else’s cup of tea; my non-vegan boyfriend liked it!)
