Nice ramen that does taste like chicken. Good noodles, just the right softness. I used
the boiling water method and left them cooking a bit longer than instructed.
At first it wasn’t salty enough for me but then I realized all the flavoring was at the bottom of the cup because I didn’t stir it well. A bit pricy ($2.20-ish) at Sprouts. I might repurchase but I prefer the Trader Joe’s ramen.

even though this is already loaded with sodium (680 mg per serving), i felt the
need to salt it more. this is why it's good to have potassium chloride around which adds saltiness without cranking up sodium levels.

I’m getting more of an American chicken microwaveable cup of noodles vibe from this than
a ramen. It was okay, but the noodles were the best part. I didn’t care for sipping the broth afterward. May be someone else’s cup of tea though.
(Edit: It was someone else’s cup of tea; my non-vegan boyfriend liked it!)
